The event required teams to both pitch for the project and deliver it in line with client expectations. A Tata Strategic panel comprising of experienced consultants from our senior management team evaluated the cases and provided feedback to the students.

The Panel concluded SQ2005 by conducting a Workshop to provide a better understanding of the analysis, methodology, Tata Strategic recommendations as well as the client interaction. This comprehensive exercise was structured to help students understand the different facets of Consulting.

Brief Event Methodology
  • Round 1: Initial case brief to be sent to IIM A campus with Background of Client & Problem Statement, for which each team prepared a Pitch
  • Round 2: Short-listed teams pitched to Tata Strategic panel based on which a further shortlist was drawn up
  • Round 3: Detailed project write-up and data pack on project handed over to selected teams, which make final presentation to Tata Strategic panel
  • Round 4: Workshop on the Tata Strategic methodology & management consulting and awards ceremony
