A leading domestic chemical company engaged Tata Strategic to formulate a growth strategy including both core and adjacent business opportunities.
The study included developing an in-depth understanding of client operations, past performance and their strengths and weaknesses. Growth potential of the core business along with product-market adjacencies and related diversification opportunities was evaluated. Tata Strategic identified and prioritized growth options based on long term attractiveness of the opportunity and fit with company’s capabilities and developed a strategy roadmap outlining revenue potential, investment and capability requirements.
The recommendations made by Tata Strategic were accepted by the client and a workshop with company management was conducted to create broader awareness and participation for the recommended growth strategy implementation.
