Practice Heads (PHs) at TSMG are professionals who have demonstrated outstanding consulting skills and have a proven track record as people managers.  They are consultants who command respect as thought leaders both within TSMG and in industry circles.

PHs are responsible for developing the Practice under their charge in line with the overall business and strategic vision of TSMG.

In the role of Practice Head, a person is required to direct important client engagements and ensure that projects are aligned to the client’s goals and agenda. PHs also drive the area of knowledge management in their respective Practices and ensure company-wide sharing of insights gained from research and projects.

They play a key role in enhancing the business capabilities of TSMG and generating ideas and opportunities for growth.
